I am very happy to present you another occasion to work on your health profoundly.
In a group setting, during 8 weeks, we will work towards perfect health.
After being very sick, I have studied health for more than 15 years,
and I’m delighted to share with you the essence of it extensively.
The human body is self-cleaning and self-regenerating IF we let it do so.
We need to create the basis for it, and it is very simple, yet it needs to be done.
The basis is always our species-specific diet and water-fasting as much as possible.
Our species-specific diet is predominantly fruit, the more we respect this simple fact,
the faster healing and regeneration can take place.
Everything in this program is designed to improve your health on every level, and even more,
to learn how to achieve health sovereignty in theory and in practice.
During 8 weeks, we will work in a group setting towards reaching our health goals.

Together, we work towards reaching your health goals. Sometimes we chose to live with health impairments only because we lack of focus and determination to make changes. To change our alimentation is key for allowing the body to cleanse and heal, and because this can be challenging we have a group setting which is very supportive for this process.
We are offering Group Detox Retreats for more than 7 years already.
While the structured change of diet will gradually prepare the body for fasting.
Fasting on only water is the most effective modality to cleanse and heal the body. It is part of every culture and religion. Animals intuitively stop eating and rest until the body health is restored.
We will start with only one day of water-fasting and gradually increase after some days of refeeding and stabilizing, we will continue with three-day water fasts until we might even reach five or seven days during the week which is dedicated to water-fasting.
Please note that there will be no pressure on people on how long to fast, even the contrary is the case ; everybody is encouraged to listen within, in order to find the ideal length of fasting. It is highly recommended to rest as much as possible during the fasting days.
Let’s not forget that water-fasting is also a spiritual practice which allows us to get insights about ourselves. Socrates and Plato practices 10-day fasts in order to purify the soul and to better perceive the truth.

The human body detoxifies and heals under a fruit diet. It is our species-specific diet. All our digestive system works best with fruits. Fruit is our cleanest fuel, which creates the least residue in the breaking down.
Raw veggies are the next best food for humans. Detoxification and regeneration will still take place, but in a much slower pace. It is only recommended for people who for some reason can not tolerate an all fruit diet. Still, it is recommended to work with as much fruit as somehow possible and then adding some veggies.
